John R. Wheeler, Ph.D., Esq. is an attorney and a scientist with a degree in chemistry who specializes in compliance with environment, health and safety requirements. He has served as an attorney with major chemical and oil companies, and as the Acting Director of Product Stewardship of a major chemical company. John's writings have been published in leading legal and scientific publications.
John has assisted many companies with compliance issues, and has represented large and small corporations before the EPA, FDA, OSHA and other Federal, state and local regulatory agencies.
