John R. Wheeler is an attorney in private practice who specializes in environment, health and safety. He has served as an attorney with major chemical and oil companies, and as the Acting Director of Product Stewardship of a major chemical company. John is a scientist and an attorney whose writings have been published in leading legal and scientific publications.
In addition to providing legal counsel with respect to TSCA for more than 25 years, John has worked with major industry associations and with the Congressional Office of Technology Assessment on risk assessment and management of toxic substances.
